A resident comment on a planning application.
For my part, I look forward to discussing reasonable alternatives to the proposed parking lot that would (a) conform with neighbourhood standards and sensibilities and (b) comply with regulations applicable to Residential property owners. As you know, my neighbours and I have proposed five reasonable alternatives to putting a parking lot in the front yard, and we are pleased that Mr. Eilers has expressed a willingness to consider these and other possibilities.
