A message about energy.
I wanted to bring two items to your attention, both related to support for wind turbines.
The first is an article from Dianne Saxe, a highly respected environmental lawyer, and regarded as one of the world’s top 25 and one of Canada’s leaders in her field. Her September 30, 2013 article (What will it take for facts to overcome fear about wind turbines? ) talks about the recently-released Australian short film, The way the wind blows. In it, residents of Waubra, Australia tell a different story of living and working near turbines than has been depicted in media reports and by the anti-wind lobby. Dianne also mentions a clip wpd put together regarding one of its projects here in Ontario.
The second is a news report aired on CKWS TV in Kingston (Not Everyone in the County Opposes Wind Energy). Reporter Paul Soucy interviews supporters of wind projects in Prince Edward County. KS
