I live in the wonderful city of Guelph. I attended a Transition Guelph event last month and met an inspiring, innovative group of people who are wanting to slow and halt climate change, by putting climate warning labels on gas pumps. I personally hold a vision of a healthy, happy, life-sustaining planet, and was very intrigued by what this group is doing!
The executive director of the group, lawyer Rob Shirkey, will be giving a talk about this in Waterloo on May 8. I am encouraging you to attend to find out more about this initiative.
