Staff memo.
With regard to the Wilson Farmhouse, please be advised that:
1. The demolition contractor is on site and has installed the hoarding and tree protection.
2. Abatement and removal of hazardous materials inside the house has started and materials are being salvaged for future re-use. We’re expecting this work to be completed towards the end of this week.
3. Demolition of the house
itself may begin by next
Monday and should be complete by the end of next week. Foundations are being removed along with the above grade structure and the excavation is to be backfilled with granular material, covered with topsoil, and sodded.
