Today, City Clerk, kindly helped me deliver an excellent report to you on the Line 9 pipeline, entitled “Not Worth the Risk” . Line 9 endangers our Grand River watershed and almost all major watersheds in Southwestern and Eastern Ontario . I hope you will read it and support the motion before Council to ask the Province of Ontario for a full and comprehensive Environmental Assessment .PC
