Staff memo.
One year ago today, Rick Henry our former City Engineer, suddenly passed away. To honour Rick, the only request from his family, was that a bench and a tree be planted and installed around the rink in front of City Hall, where Rick enjoyed skating during his lunch hour.
Today, with the help of Parks and Rec, a tree was planted and a bench installed with a plaque in Rick’s name.
