The Downtown Guelph Business Association (DGBA) and the Guelph Chamber of Commerce (GCC) are seeking enthusiastic volunteers to create entries for this year’s Guelph Community Santa Claus Parade. Team leaders, skilled builders, inspired artists, community groups, businesses, and interested and enthusiastic individuals will work together to produce entries that will entertain the thousands of Guelph residents who line the streets each year.
We welcome interest from people with leadership, building and/or creative skills, as well as those eager to participate and learn. Participants must be aged 14 and up and time spent on this project will count as Community Volunteer Hours for High School students.
Taking place this year on Sunday, November 18th, the Guelph Comunity Santa Parade is a long-standing tradition started by the Kinsmen, and supported by the DGBA, the GCC and Lions International. This is an excellent opportunity to participate in a popular event and achieve community recognition.
