The figures I have are as follows: for 2007 = 154 charges, for 2008 = 153 charges, from Jan. to June 2009 = 35 charges. Total 342 since January 2007. It is safe to say that 100% of those tickets are issued downtown as that is the only area we have foot patrol officers that would witness these offenses.
