Please find the attached Construction Open House Notice for the rehabilitation of Allan’s Dam (Macdonell Street Bridge area) to be held on Thursday, June 6th from 5:00 until 7:00 p.m. at St. George’s Church, 99 Woolwich Street. This project was postponed from 2012 due to the unsafe condition of the limestone rock in the arch section of the by-pass. The solution was to place corrugated metal piping in the stone arch section, fill it with concrete, reinforced with steel. The work will start in late June with expected completion date – end of August, 2013.
