I just discovered this afternoon at Narita airport (I know it is 3.23 a.m. on your time) that my email submission on OPA 42 did not go through because I missed the G in Guelph.

I particularoly draw your attention to the urgent need to use the planning-act powers provided to planning authorities to delay any actions that could endanger the NHS area at Woodlawn and the Speed until a proper study is done to establish the full value of this natural heritage element. Failure to act would constitute a grave neglect of duty by council. HW
