Rezoning the Best Western Motel at the corner of Gordon and Stone Road

This email is concerning the rezoning the Best Western Motel at the corner of Gordon and Stone Road from “general residential” to “high density residential”.
I am resident of Dimension Ave area. The traffic on the Gordon and Stone Roads are very busy because of they are the major roads to north, west and east
parts of Guelph. I and my friends had experienced that these two roads had traffic saturation problem. Particularly, at the intersection between the Stone
and Gordon Road. It is going to be created more severe traffic problem if City of Guelph permit the Best Western Motel to rezone to high density residential.
In addition, available information indicated that Guelph does not require more rental houses.The rental house vacancy rate is high right now.

As I am a citizen of Guelph and I am strongly against the rezoning of this property to high density residential. RT
