All the comments I’ve read only discuss the current proposal by the developer. What citizens should realize is that this developer probably has no intention of constructing a 16 storey building. They are just applying for an extremely large scale project in order to get citizens to negotiate down the project to say 6 or 8 storey’s, which is probably what they hoped for anyway. The neighborhood’s stand should be the same as the city’s new development policy. Which is basically a melting pot of mixed density housing, thus eliminating slums. Which this project most certainly isn’t TP
