Hello Ward 2! Mark your calendars so you don’t forget to join your Ward 2 City councillors on Wednesday July 10 from 5-7pm, for our first Annual Ward 2 Picnic! This year we are celebrating the 5th anniversary of the North End Harvest Market!
James is organizing local talent to provide live entertainment and Rodrigo is going to cook up a lot of hot dogs to raise funds for the North End Harvest Market. Did you know that over the last five years the North End Harvest Market, based out of a portable at the Waverley Drive Public School, has been providing fresh veggies to over 500 community members in need? The North End Harvest Market is an important source of fresh produce for families in need, and we’re hoping that you can come out and help us raise some funds, enjoy a hotdog and listen to live music!
