JDIan Findlay was appointed Council member to the Guelph Library Board in 2007. I have been a member for 9 years. Working with him I was impressed by his integrity and commitment in presenting Council’s position on Library issues as well as those for our community. I strongly endorse his candidacy for Ward 2. City Governance under today’s economic expanding financial challenges, full time rather than part time employment for qualified Municipal Councilors would be a better option. RA
