Advance voting will take place today, Tuesday October 12, Wednesday October 13, Thursday October 14 between 10:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. at City Hall 1 Carden Street, Guelph for all wards.
On Saturday October 16 between 10:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. advance Voting will take place at the following locations:
Ward 1: Guelph City Hall, 1 Carden Street, Guelph
Ward 2: Evergreen Seniors Community Centre, 683 Woolwich Street, Guelph.
Ward 3: Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic High school, 54 Westmount Road, Guelph.
Ward 4: West End Community Centre, 21 Imperial Road South, Guelph.
Ward 5: John McCrae Public School, 189 Water Street, Guelph.
Ward 6: Arkell Road Bible Chapel, 39 Arkell Road, Guelph.
The Municipal Elections Act requires that you bring proof of identification to your assigned polling place. Either
ONE piece of identification that shows your NAME, QUALIFYING ADDRESS (where you currently live or own property) and SIGNATURE
or
TWO pieces of identification – the FIRST piece must show your NAME and SIGNATURE and the SECOND piece of identification must show your NAME and QUALIFYING ADDRESS.
It is also helpful if you have your voter notification card with you but it cannot be used as proof of identity. Click here for a list of acceptable identification.
