SPRING AWAKES!

On Sunday May 26, SKSS Productions presents the 2nd Annual SPRING AWAKES! – a performance arts hiking adventure in support of the Plant an Old-Growth Forest Project at the Ignatius Jesuit Centre.

With a magical mix of nature, live performance and surprises, and in support of growing an Old Growth Forest in the Guelph community, we invite you to join us in a special celebration of spring. Artists will be creating site-specific music, dance, poetry encounters amongst the budding trees, the singing birds and the rushing river, all in reverence of spring.

Join us for this guided walk through the woods – full of surprises.

Performers will include: Jeff Bird, Sam Boer, Tricia Brubacher, Lorraine Bruce Allen, Julie Corey, Gary Diggins, Peg Evans, Evenine, Linda Hawkins, Leah Herman with children from the Trillium Waldorf School, Jenikx, Shannon Kingsbury, Andrea Lamarre, Kathryn Loveday, Brenda McMorrow, Mosa McNeilly, Ondine Chorus, Frances Reilly, Jan Sherman, Tannis Slimmon, Sue Smith, Diane Thistle, Monique Vischrchraper, Aiden Ware and more.

All proceeds will benefit “Plant an Old-Growth Forest Project” at Ignatius Jesuit Centre.

Ticket holders are to meet in the Orchard Park Parking Lot at Ignatius at 1:30pm sharp. Bring a picnic blanket and pot luck goodies. Look for the Bus.
