Quit wasting Council’s time and staff time and demolish the farmhouse already! There is no way to make it viable and so if it is developed then the City will be left with the bill to maintain anything that it is turned into. Sounds like the soccer dome all over again only a lot more useless.
Vote to demolish it and move on to more important issues. CL
