It is finally time to celebrate The Elevator Project and wrap up round one of this exciting new process. We cordially invite you to join us on March 25th at 6:30 PM in the River Run Centre to the Elevator Project’s Big Show! Interact live with all 52 projects from our Idea Bank in our “Hall of Ideas”, 6:30-7:30pm in Canada Company Hall. All ticket proceeds will be recycled back into our projects in an exciting, live crowdfunding format.
Here’s how it works: when you arrive to the River Run Centre on event day to register in, you will receive a token that is worth $5.00. In our Hall of Ideas will be all 52 projects, each with a box in front of them. When you see a project you support or think could use more contribution, drop that token into the box! You can buy more tokens if you find multiple projects you wish to support.
After an hour of pursuing through all the fantastic ideas on display, join us in the Co-Operators Hall as we reveal our Top 15 Ideas and hear from our partners and investors on what these amazing ideas will be receiving. The Elevator Project will be giving out $70,000 worth of money, resources, and mentorship to these ideas in hopes of further helping them reach their goals. Mayor Karen Farbridge will be there making the opening comments.
