I spoke to the Supervisor of Turf and Sports Fields, and confirmed staff cut Castlebury on May 9th, and returned on May 24th and the 30th, only to have to call off cutting due to the park being too wet.
I have been advised staff cut the sports field today; however, conditions were soft.Sports fields are a priority due to their permitted use; however, we are working to catch-up with grass cutting of general park and boulevard areas as well. As a note, staff reported yesterday we had to tow yet another mower out of a park due to extremely wet conditions.
