This report provides a high level summary of current development activity as well as economic performance with respect to development cash flow, job creation, private sector investment, and miscellaneous municipal revenues that have been created by this project. Please note that staff will be bringing forward to Council a more fulsome report and business case which will assess and provide options and recommendations pertaining to the City’s future role in managing, developing and marketing the HCBP, including Phase 3 (in which the City still has 84.41 acres of un-serviced development land). This report is scheduled to be presented to Council this May/June.
