I understand that there may still be confusion regarding Carson Reid’s involvement in the HCBP.
The City currently owns a .56 hectare block within the HCBP which has no frontage. This block is adjacent to a townhouse block in the Kortright Hills residential subdivision that is owned by Carson Reid. Attached is a plan showing the location of these blocks.
While there exists the possibility of selling this block to Carson Reid, at this time no discussions have occurred and his company is not involved in the HCBP. Staff
