pesticide spraying of railway

I live in your ward and have had some contact with Lynn Chidwick regarding the spraying of pesticides along the railway track that runs east of Dufferin St and east of the river. I can say with 100% certainty that no pesticide-use signs were posted at any time in the Cardigan/Marcon St crossings of the rail track. I pass the Marcon crossing 5 or 6 times a day – everyday – on foot and would have seen them had they been there. I did note the dying off of the weeds and realized that the area must have been sprayed.

I am concerned about the health-hazards of the spraying in general and also of the neglect to place signs indicating that spraying has occurred.

If any positive changes can be made for the future, I would appreciate this.RF
