It has been confirmed that investment firm Raymond James Ltd. will occupy a planned 5,000 sq ft building on recently purchased land in the Hanlon Creek Business Park.

Guelph based Ramar Contractors has been retained to construct the professional office building on the 1.1 acre lot. The company has set aggressive timelines with construction slated to begin later this month and expected occupancy in 2014.
