I was in attendance at last night’s council meeting, and I have attached a report produced by the City of Toronto outlining the key issues relating to parking and places of worship.
Please take time to read through it. It is not an easy read by any means. I believe it will create more questions and in turn will force our Community Design and Development department to research this application thoroughly.
I have already forwarded the review to Katie Nasswetter, Scott Hannah, and Councillors Billings and Wettstein which is why their are not included on this email.
My hope is that it will help provide clarification and insight as to the complex nature of this proposed re-zoning application at 410 Clair Rd. East. OA
