I wanted to inform you that Paradigm Transportation Solutions has finalized their Traffic and Parking Report. It was submitted to Stacey Laughlin in the Planning Department on Thursday.
We are now busy establishing a few meeting dates that suit our team so that we can offer them to our Parkside/Foxwood neighbours and to you as well.
We have been in contact with our neighbours to let them know we will be in touch soon regarding meeting dates. We will provide them with the Report at the start of this week so they have time to review and formulate any questions they might have.
Would either of you like to receive a copy of the Report? I could forward you either an electronic copy or hard copy or both, whichever your preference.
Additional FYI’s:
We will be re submitting the updated drawings and Operational Plan for the separate elevator entrance to the Ministry of Health this upcoming week. The previous plans were approved by MOHLTC but we need to update the drawings to show the entrance from the elevator vestibule into the LTC corridor that Public Health had requested.
We recently provided a comprehensive list, at the request of the Planning Department, of the Community Groups to whom we are proud to extend the use of our facilities at Riverside. BS
