On behalf of the executive committee of the Old University Neighbourhood Residents’ Association I wish to express our thanks to you and your force for your excellent work in keeping the recent St. Patrick’s Day celebrations at a responsible level. The situation within the Old University area on St. Patrick’s Day and other occasions of celebration has much improved over the past few years. We credit this to the pro-active work of your officers, the by-law officers of the City of Guelph, and the collaboration with the University of Guelph. Be assured that your work is highly appreciated by the residents of Old University. We hope that you will continue the good work. JG
