Please see the attached letter regarding Tricar’s extreme concern with the possible approval of a Staff Report going to council on Monday with respect to the Major Downtown Activation Grant for 5 Arthur St and the fact that if granted, no more funds will be available to be allocated to downtown projects including ours at 150 Wellington. We feel it is critical to ensure that all parties involved are advised of this matter in advance of Monday’s council meeting.AC
