As you may know, Ward One City Councillor Kathleen Farrelly has been asked to pay Laura Baily’s legal costs. It was ruled that they are considered “Expenses relating to a recount” Excerpt from the Municipal Elections Act, 1996 Councillor Farrelly is required to pay $11,707.35 to the Estate of Laura Baily.
