THAT Clause 1 of the Finance, Administration and Corporate Services Committee be amended to direct staff to prepare a by-law that would prohibit and/or regulate the use of killing and leghold traps; AND THAT staff engage key stakeholders in the development of the by-law.
A recorded vote on the amendment was requested, which resulted as follows:
