Stantec Consulting Ltd. has been retained by the Ministry of Transportation (MTO) to undertake the Planning, Preliminary Design, and Environmental Assessment (EA) for the upgrading of the Hanlon Expressway from 0.5 kilometres south of Maltby Road to the Speed River.
