In addition to the permit to take 3.6 million litres of water per day at their Aberfoyle Bottling facility, Nestle has also applied for a 10 year permit to take water (PTTW) at their Hillsburgh facility. They are requesting a permit to draw 1,100,000 litres per day. Please see attached poster for more details.

I live in Ward 2 and want to comment on the water increase application by Nestle’s. As long as we in Guelph have to endure water shortages/ summer alternate waterings, Nestlé’s should not be allowed to increase it’s quota of water extraction. DP
