I am writing to ask you to vote to make the two hour free parking downtown permanent, when it comes to council.
Being a life long Guelph resident I still prefer to shop downtown and the 2 hour limit works well for me as I am rarely downtown more that 2 hours each visit except for Storm Hockey. BP
